The club is actively involved in volunteering services in the field of religion as well. Every year over hundred thousand people make a pilgrimage trip from many parts of the country and from over seas as well to Swoyambhunath temple, on the occasion of the Lord Buddha's birthday which is also known as ‘Buddha Jayanti’ where the club members actively help in the distribution of water and food to the pilgrims

Realizing that Today's Youth are the Future of the country, convincing the importance of education to the youth, achieving higher education, being competent and honest citizen, having the objectives to serve society and nation every year this club is conducting programmes since 2054 B.S (1997) to encourage the S.L.C passed students of Manang District & Manang Society by honoring them certificates, medals, trophies and cash prizes. the club annually distributes medals, certificates and cash prizes to the 1st, 2nd & 3rd position holder students from Manang district. Top 10 students from Kathmandu and other places are awarded with certificates, trophies and cash prize. Certificates and trophies are distributed to all pupil who simply pass the Iron Gate; S.L.C. This club honors the people of Manang who achieved degree in different fields like Doctor, Pilot and Engineering and in the field of sports by distributing medals, prizes, and appreciation certificate since 2060 B.S.
In 2004 honorable Chief Guest Venn. Maniwa Sherap Gyaltsen Rinpoche awarded the S.L.C and other degree achiever.
In 2005 honorable Chief Guest Venn. Gyalbo Rinpoche awarded the S.L.C and other degree achievers.
